Lounge: 


The lounge is fully carpeted and benefits from a large bay window which lets in lots of beautiful natural light and offers stunning views across the countryside. 

The lounge is fitted with a gas fire, coffee table, fixed sofa (incorporating a sofa-bed), TV and plenty of storage cupboards.

Kitchen:

The kitchen has a lino covered floor, window with venetian blind and is fully fitted with gas cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave oven.  It also has plenty of storage space. A  very light and airy space - a great area for the chef to conjure up some delicious recipes!

Dining:

The dining area is situated just opposite the kitchen so easy for serving those delicious meals.  It is carpeted and benefits from a large window, letting in lots of light, and has a round table with four chairs and a small pine sideboard.

The hallway to the bedrooms/bathroom houses a second toilet and cupboard containing the electric boiler (fitted 2017)

Deck Area:

The decking affords wonderful views over the local vineyards and across the vista of the countryside to the Gironde in the distance.  With space for a large dining table and chairs - ideal for al-fresco dining or 'sundowners'.

Main Bedroom: 

The comfortable fully carpeted main bedroom consists of a double bed, dressing table and wardrobe.

Second bedroom:

The second bedroom has twin beds (with storage overhead), wardrobe, shelving and mirror, ideal for any guest.

Bathroom:

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hand basin and toilet.  There is a window with venetian blind, mirrored cabinet and a towel rail also.  It has Jack and Jill doors so can be accessed from the corridor or the main bedroom.

Outside:

There is a large wooden shed at the rear of the property which has ample storage space.
